Shipping Policy
How do I track the status of an order?
You can see which orders have shipped, and whether you have future shipments scheduled by logging into your account. When we ship each box, you’ll receive a shipment notification by email.
Oversize packages will not ship the same-day, overnight, or on Saturdays.
When do you ship out orders?
In stock items will ship out within a week; weekends and holidays excluded in this time frame. Out of stock items (backorders) will ship out when stock is replenished. Order processing may be delayed by any incorrect or incomplete information provided by you or your payment provider. You will be notified by email if we need additional information to process your order. Delays due to payment processing are not the responsibility of DRIVE RC.
Where does DriveRC ship?
We ship to all 50 US states, as well as US territories and military addresses (AE, AA, AP). Puerto Rico or outside US please message for shipping qoute.
Shipping issues
Lost Package prior to delivery: Claims need to be submitted to Drive RC within 72 hours to file claim with shipping company.
Damage to product due to shipping: Photo documentation of product and box will be required.
Stolen after delivery: Drive RC is not responsible for theft after delivery.
Shipping times: Drive RC is not responsible for delays due to shipping companies backlog.
